Vision / mission

Amsterdam Airlines provides full charter and ACMI services to its business to business partners.

We intentionally speak of ‘partner’ in stead of ‘customer’ since our core value is to have a strong co-operation with you, the ‘partner’. Through a strong co-operation we can fully live up to the demands and expectations of the end customer: ‘your passenger’. This way we can reach the ultimate goal of treating ‘your passenger’ as ‘our passenger’.

Amsterdam Airlines offers a high quality product at a fair price to its partners by keeping the operational and managerial cost low.

Amsterdam Airlines is a commercial enterprise guarding the interests of its personnel and suppliers to create a pleasant working atmosphere with the objective of long-term value creation for its shareholders and stakeholders.
Company policies and core values

Amsterdam Airlines Flight and Cabin crew is trained to offer excellent service and comfort to passengers on board our aircraft.

In order to manage the maintenance (the so-called EASA Part M) Amsterdam Airlines is granted approval by the Dutch Civil Aviation Authorities. Our aircraft are supported in line maintenance by Roissy International at our operational airports.

Amsterdam Airlines uses the total Lufthansa Systems Electronic Flight Bag (EFB). All crew (including cabin crew) members are provided with a (tablet) laptop and a multi operational mobile telephone to avoid paper work on board its aircraft. Navigational information, NOTAMS, weather info, mass and balance data are available to the crew well ahead of the flight for timely preparation. All data and updates are provided by Lufthansa Systems.

Amsterdam Airlines satisfies the air transport requirements of its customers and respond to their demands for safety, reliability, quality, value and security in all its activities. To achieve the required level of customer satisfaction we maintain the quality of our service by continuous improvement in all aspects.

We maintain a low cost operation (not to be confused with a low cost operator). This implies that we minimise costs by efficient use of resources, with ‘minimum’ manpower and intelligent outsourcing.

We treat each other with respect. We do not speak about each other but rather to each other. We help each other to reach our goals and we work together to attain the company’s objectives.
We have created an open culture and an atmosphere in which it is a pleasure to work. We respect cultural differences and different political and religious beliefs, and we show respect and dignity in the way we treat each other and the way we treat our customers.

The pre-requisites for joining personnel include the best suitable individual profile and the highest possible professional qualifications. We allow a professional to enter the company only if he fits in our team, truly believes in our values and is dedicated to maintain those objectives.
We pay an adequate base salary and in addition use variable elements of compensation and pay to make Amsterdam Airlines an attractive employer for those who are prepared to work hard.
We are not unionised. Each person joining will first be employed on a temporary contract, allowing the company and the individual the time to reflect and find out if the match of person and company is the right one.
